Sunday 14 February - We had a lovely half-day horseback ride in Wales. We lucked out and had a beautiful morning with blues skies and not freezing temperatures. We visited a barn just outside Crickhowell where we rode Welsh Cobs through the very hilly terrain. It was a bit muddy but a very fun time. We definitely both missed being in the saddle and I spending time outside in the country so it was a great treat. We stopped for a bite to eat in Hay-on-Wye and visited a few shops before heading home to Bristol for a nice Valentine's dinner.
